Dress Code Formal, LLC (DCF) is the first and only online wedding store bringing you manufacturer-direct wholesale priced bridesmaid dresses, evening gowns, and special occasion dresses. Instead of selling our bridesmaid dresses, evening gowns and special occasion dresses to stores first, who then sell them to you, we just sell to you directly; we cut out the middleman.

Cancellations, Returns and Damages

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled after your order has been placed. Because we cut our dresses to order, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please refer to style information, our sizing guides, and color cards to ensure you have chosen the correct style, size, color and any other specifications before placing your order.

Due to popularity of certain styles, we may keep limited inventory on certain evening gowns and special occasion dresses. Please see individual style information for delivery availability. Also, standardized dye lots can only be guaranteed for orders of the same style gowns placed at the same time.

Please inspect all merchandise as soon as you receive it, and if you have any questions regarding your merchandise, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of the item at sales@dresscodeformal.com

If we ask you to return an item for inspection, all original tags must be attached and merchandise is subject to careful inspection by our quality control department.

If any order is refused upon delivery, a refusal fee of $100 will be charged to the customer account.

Ordering Online

Orders are accepted on our website using a secure online order form. Any information you submit is under the strictest security and confidence. Please make sure you enter a valid email address, as we send confirmation and status updates to your email address.

You can pay on our website using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal.

Upon submitting your order for your bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, evening gowns, special occasion dresses, shoe clips, hair accessories, men's vests and ties, or other formal wear from our website, you will receive an email confirming your order. All orders are subject to payment approval.

You can always check the status of your order on our website.

Shipping date is the estimated date that your merchandise will leave our warehouse. Upon leaving our warehouse, standard UPS delivery time-frame is between 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Even though it is an estimated ship date, our goal at Dress Code Formal is to always ship on or before schedule.

The payment of your order is due in full at the time you place your order. We do not offer any payment or lay-away programs. Dress Code Formal is unable to make any changes to your order relative to style, size, color, length, quantity or other after your order has been submitted.

Delivery

Special orders on our bridesmaid dresses take between 10-12 weeks to ship from our warehouse to you.Even though it is an estimated ship date, our goal at Dress Code Formal is to always ship on or before schedule.

Rush delivery on special orders take 6-7 weeks to ship from our warehouse to you and is available at an additional charge. Please refer to individual style information for exact charges.

Some evening gowns and special occasion dresses are available for immediate delivery. Please see individual style information for accurate shipping dates.

Please note that rarely there are events beyond our control that can delay shipments. Dress Code Formal should not be held responsible for performance, or interruption of performance, due to causes beyond their reasonable control, such as acts of God, acts of any government, war or other hostility, civil disorder, the elements, and alike.

Shipping

All DCF orders for bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, evening gowns, special occasion dresses, hair accessories, shoe clips, men's vests and ties, or other formal wear or accessories will be shipped via UPS Ground service. Standard UPS charges will apply. UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day and Overnight shipping upgrades are available with an additional charge. When you place an order on our website, you can calculate shipping charges prior to completing your order and will also be clearly displayed at checkout.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

While we request that a driver receive a signature at the time of drop-off, it is at their discretion to leave a package if they feel that an address is secure. Please make the appropriate arrangements to either be home during the day to accept the package or use your work address (or friend's address) if nobody is available at your residence to sign for the package.

Please note: Custom and Import charges are not included in our shipping charges for shipments going to countries outside of the United States. We operate under the Federal Laws of the United States of America and the state laws of the State of New Jersey.

Additional Charges

We cut our dresses to order so that you receive a bridesmaid dress or evening gown that is as close to your specifications as possible. However, certain specifications may incur additional charges. See individual style information for specific fees. Please review our size chart, sizing guide (how-to-measure), individual style shipping time frame to determine which specifications are best suited for you.

Sizes 20-28 may incur an additional charge. Please see individual style information for fee.

Extra Length of 5" is available on special-orders of bridesmaid dresses, some evening gowns, prom dresses and special occasion dresses. Additional charges apply. Please see individual style information for fee.

Rush Delivery is available at an additional charge for all Bridesmaid Dresses. Please see delivery information for more detail.

Sizing

Please refer to our size chart and sizing guide (How-to-measure).

Because we manufacture our own designs, we adhere to a standard size chart. However, please note, due to the handwork involved in making a garment, all measurements are subject to be +/- 1".

It is important that you read all of our sizing information and determine the size that is closest to your measurements. Even though we cut to order, we cannot cut each dress to custom measurements.

Please remember to review all of your information as we cannot make any changes once an order has been placed. Dress Code Formal cannot be responsible for the size you order, for adding extra length, or for any other specifications you may, or may not, make to your order. You should have no problem if you just review our how-to-measure sizing guide and review your order before hitting the submit button.

Colors

Dress Code Formal's website is the most important tool we have and we take every step to represent our fabric colors accurately. However, due to variations in computer monitors, the colors displayed on your screen may differ slightly. If you have enough time, please visit our accessory section to order a swatch of fabric.

Please also note that each roll of fabric differs slightly in shade from the next, so we can only guarantee that bridesmaid dresses or special occasion dresses of the same style which are special ordered at the same time will be cut from the same roll of fabric.

Dress Code Formal cannot be responsible for the color which is ordered. Please make sure you are ordering the correct color, or colors, as many of our dresses are offered in two-tone combinations.

Special Offers

Dress Code Formal periodically features special offers exclusive to its online customers. All special offers adhere to the policies listed in our terms and conditions, and to any specific restrictions posted on the offer itself. Offers cannot be applied to orders after they are placed and cannot be combined with other offers. Dress Code Formal reserves the right to discontinue any offers at any time.
