Q. How do you keep prices so low?
A. Dress Code Formal dresses are not available in stores within the United States and Canada and are only available online; this means we can keep manufacturing costs low so we can sell them to you directly at wholesale prices.

A. We are proud to say there is no sales tax on our dresses.

Q. How can I place an order?
A. Browse our categories and select a product you'd like to view in detail. Once on a product page, you can click on the tabs to choose the right color and size. Once you have set your customizations, you can select "add to bag". From there, just follow the easy-to-use links on the page to add more items or proceed to checkout.

**For Bridesmaid dress planning, we suggest deciding on a style of dress all together. Have each bridesmaid decide on her size according to our sizing guide. Once sizes and specifications are chosen, we recommend ordering all of the dresses together, under one order. Ordering the same dresses at the same time is the best way to guarantee that your dresses are all cut from the same roll of fabric and completed simultaneously.

Q. Can I order over the telephone?
A. No. To avoid errors and to ensure we get your order correct, you must enter your order through our website. If you would prefer to place your order offline, you may download our printer-friendly order form and then fax or mail in your order with appropriate payment.

A. It is easier and quicker for you to check the status of your orders online. Dress Code Formal will not share your information with other companies.

A. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Our website is as secure as possible. We employ the most advanced security software available for online transactions. We also accept checks and money orders on mail-in orders only. All orders are subject to payment approval.

A. Because of the special nature of our industry and our commitment to low prices, we do not accept returns. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are submitted.

Q. Will my bridesmaid dresses all be the same shade?
A. Whenever you order any number of dresses of the same style, they will be cut from the same roll of fabric. This means that they will be the same shade. We suggest ordering all bridesmaid dresses of the same style and color together in the same order to make sure all your dresses match.

Q. What are your delivery times?
A. Regular shipping takes around 10 weeks. Rush delivery of 7 weeks is available for an additional fee. Due dates appearing in your order mark the approximate date that your order will leave our warehouse. Standard UPS delivery is 3-10 business days. Expedited UPS shipping options are available during checkout for an additional charge.
